By making a payment, accepting membership access, receiving login details, or using any part of the portal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not continue with the program or use the portal.

Valuedity Premium is a private membership program created to support transformation, discipline, accountability, leadership, personal growth, financial responsibility, and long-term development.
The program may include private access to the member portal, progress and target tracking, profile management, premium resources and teachings, meetings and accountability sessions, reports, reviews, and scoring, savings records, and admin communication and support.
Valuedity reserves the right to improve, update, restructure, limit, suspend, or remove any part of the program, portal, content, or feature at any time.

Valuedity Premium is only for approved members. To become a member, a person may be required to complete registration, attend an interview or screening where necessary, make the required payment, receive approval from Valuedity, and receive official login access.
Membership is personal and cannot be transferred to another person. A member must not share login details, allow another person to use their account, impersonate another user, ot misuse the private portal.
Each member is responsible for protecting their login credentials. Valuedity may suspend or remove access where there is misconduct, misuse of the portal, false information, harmful behaviour, breach of confidentiality, or non-compliance with the program’s rules.

All payments made for Valuedity Premium membership are final and non-refundable unless Valuedity clearly states otherwise in writing.
Payments remain non-refundable in situations including voluntary withdrawal, inactivity, failure to participate, removal due to misconduct, disagreement with the structure of the program after joining, or inability to continue due to personal reasons
Failure to meet agreed payment obligations may affect access, privileges, or continued participation.

All members are expected to participate actively and responsibly. Members are expected to engage in approved group activities, participate in discussions and transformational tasks, submit progress updates honestly, treat leaders and members respectfully, follow official instructions and processes, raise concerns directly and respectfully, and avoid harmful, manipulative, dishonest, or disruptive behaviour.
Inactive members may be removed from the program regardless of payment status.

Valuedity Premium may track targets, reports, attendance, reflections, reviews, proofs, progress status, and admin assessments
Members understand that some activities require reports or evidence, admin may score some submissions, some targets may require approval before they are counted as completed, and Valuedity has the final decision on whether a target, proof, or report is accepted. All reports, reflections, and submissions must be truthful and original.
Valuedity may reject, question, or request clarification on any report or proof that appears false, copied, incomplete, manipulated, or inconsistent with the values of the program

Members may receive access to private resources such as audio messages, video messages, PDFs, session recordings, teachings, assignments, and growth materials.
Some resources may require listening or viewing completion, report submission, reflection notes, review or admin scoring
All resources shared within Valuedity Premium are private.
Members must not share them publicly, resell them, distribute them to non-members, repost them without permission, and claim them as their own work.

The portal may store or display information such as full name, username, email, phone number, location, occupation, skills, business or brand name, social links, progress status, targets, attendance, savings records, and admin-updated records.
Members are responsible for ensuring that the information they personally provide is accurate and current.
Some fields may be member-editable, admin-updated, and auto-generated by the system.
Valuedity may update official fields where necessary, especially where they relate to payment status, verification, progress, attendance, savings, and internal records

Valuedity Premium may offer members a private savings feature as part of its financial discipline and accountability structure. This feature is designed to help members save intentionally, reduce impulsive spending, build stronger money management habits, and grow in financial discipline.
Savings balances displayed on the dashboard or savings page are based on records maintained by the organisation and may be updated after savings entries, withdrawals, or adjustments are processed.
This savings feature is intended as an internal accountability and discipline feature for members.

Where savings is made available to members, withdrawals are processed manually. To request a withdrawal, the member must send an email to Valuedity’s official email address and include full name, account name, bank account number, bank name, and the exact amount to be withdrawn.
Valuedity may request further verification before any withdrawal is processed. Once the withdrawal is reviewed and processed, the member’s savings record on the dashboard may be updated to reflect the new balance. Valuedity may delay, hold, or reject a withdrawal where the request is incomplete, details do not match existing records, identity cannot be verified, there is a dispute regarding the balance, the request appears suspicious or inconsistent, or a compliance or security review is needed.
Withdrawals are processed manually to encourage discipline, reduce impulsive withdrawals, and help members stay committed to their savings goals.

Valuedity Premium Savings should not be treated as a guaranteed-interest account, investment plan, or public financial product unless Valuedity clearly states so in a properly reviewed and approved written policy.
Valuedity does not promise monthly interest, fixed returns, or guaranteed profits on member savings unless officially introduced in a lawful and properly reviewed structure.

Valuedity respects member privacy and handles personal information for legitimate program purposes only. Information may be collected and processed for registration, account creation, member communication, progress tracking, portal administration, support and follow-up, review of reports and submissions, savings administration, security and accountability

Why information is collected – Information may be used to operate the program, manage member access, provide support
maintain records, track progress, evaluate submissions, improve the member experience, and protect the portal and community.
Data sharing – Valuedity does not sell member personal information. Information may only be shared when reasonably necessary, such as with authorized internal team members, with technical service providers running the portal, where legally required, and to prevent abuse, fraud, or harmful activity.
Data retention – Valuedity may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for program administration, support, accountability, security, legal compliance, and internal record keeping
Member privacy responsibility – Members must respect the privacy of other members and must not share, screenshot, distribute, or misuse another person’s private information without permission.

All internal discussions, materials, recordings, teachings, strategies, reports, messages, and related content shared within Valuedity Premium must be treated as confidential unless Valuedity clearly permits otherwise.
Members must not disclose or distribute confidential content outside the program without approval. A breach of confidentiality may lead to a warning, suspension, or removal.

Valuedity may communicate with members through portal announcements, email, WhatsApp, calls, direct admin messages, and official session communication
Members are responsible for checking official updates regularly.

Valuedity Premium is a mentorship, accountability, and development program. It does not guarantee income, employment, business success, spiritual outcomes, financial multiplication, or identical results for all members.
Results depend on many factors, including sincerity, effort, discipline, consistency, timing, and personal decisions

Savings is a private member privilege designed to build financial discipline. Savings records are updated by the team and reflected on the dashboard and savings page.

  1. How do I withdraw my savings?

You must send an email to the official Valuedity email with your full name, account name, bank account number, bank name, and exact amount requested.

  1. Why are withdrawals manual?

Withdrawals are processed manually to encourage discipline, verify requests properly, and reduce impulsive withdrawals.

  1. Will I receive monthly interest on my savings?

Not unless Valuedity officially introduces such a structure in a clearly documented and approved policy.

Yes. The portal, resources, processes, and rules may be updated as the program grows.
